CoD MW2 - Any% World Record 1:21:49.74

Previous wr was 1:22:12.06 by me. The old 1:21 record was done without an fps cap, this will save time over the duration of the run to slow mos playing out more quickly, it was re-timed to a 1:22:21, but there have since been a couple new strats found so I decided to give it some more attempts. This run actually beats both previous 1:21s set without the fps cap which is quite surprising, since it saves up to 35 seconds for some people. This run also isn't as good as you might think, while there were few mistakes and many fast levels, I missed takedown window shot which loses 11s, and didn't get whiskey hotel skip, which loses 20s. And since the new strategies cut down massively on the rng in the game, this makes it a bit more reasonble to really push for more perfected runs. So I think I might keep trying for a mid 1:21 time, we will see what happens. 1:20 is still prettymuch unreasonable with current knowledge though.
