It's been a while since I did a proper Q&A on this channel, so I've pulled together some of the questions that have been sitting in my inbox and turned them into a video. These are questions I hear in different forms all the time, so if one of them sounds familiar, you're definitely not alone. In this video I answer: 1. Why am I still overeating on sugar even though I've stopped restricting? Stopping restriction isn't always enough on its own. I talk about the difference between not restricting and actually knowing how to make food decisions, plus where gentle nutrition fits into recovery. 2. If I'm full but craving dessert, should I eat it if I'm doing intuitive eating "properly"? Spoiler: there's no universal right answer here. I talk about discernment, regret versus guilt, and why aiming for good enough decisions serves you better than aiming to always get it right. 3. I have ADHD and I find planning and cooking overwhelming. How do I manage regular meals? This one goes into working with your brain rather than against it, building systems instead of relying on willpower, and why having options matters more than having the perfect plan. 4. I can't seem to find balance. Any small thing throws me off and I end up overeating. This is a bigger one about the tension between control and chaos, order and freedom, and why for some of us the middle ground doesn't look like what we expect.
