Destiny 2: Lightfall Calus Legendary Made Easy Solo Warlock -- ⚔️ Build Weapons: Osteo Striga Submachine gun. This will be your main weapon for taking down Calus. Auto-loading Grenade Launcher. Mostly used for ad-clearing duties. Retrofit Escapade Machine Gun. Used exclusively on the Tormentors that spawn as they are very dangerous. 🛡️ Build Armor: Prioritise survivability and equip mods that help to get your class ability (healing rift) back as quickly as possible. Void and kinetic holster mods will help as well. -- Strategy: -- Strand: -- Use Strand! Strand is optional for this fight but highly recommended. One of the easiest ways to die is by getting pushed off the map, especially as a Warlock. There are grapple points everywhere, which you can use to your advantage. Grappling is better than jumping, you are much harder to hit. -- 1️⃣ First Phase: -- Stick to the outer curved platforms. They provide plenty of cover. Every 20-30 seconds, switch to another platform. If you don't Calus will launch a wipe mechanic on that platform, insta-killing you. You can either jump to other platforms or grapple. Careful when grappling, and always use the grapple points. You need a fully-charged grapple at all times just in case you need to save yourself. Ignore the incendiors, legionaries, and other enemies on the lower square platforms. They can't reach you on the curved platforms, and can very easily push you off. -- 👹 Tormentors: -- When a Tormentor spawns, ignore Calus and deal with them as quickly as possible. Use your primary weapon to take down the shoulder pads. After that, they will get much more aggressive, so use your machine gun to melt them, and use finishers if you can. I suggest saving your super for the second phase of the fight. -- 2️⃣ Second Phase: -- You are in a much smaller arena now, and Calus switches to melee only and is much more aggressive. He also hits hard. You will usually die within 2 hits or get knocked off the map. Leverage the Strand grapple points to keep as much distance from him as possible, and when you are far away from him, shoot your primary. The Osteo Striga will do good damager over time. Use your Super and any abilities you have available.
