Chandra Sekhar: The Man from Ballia and his political Journey.

He was considered the master of Chanakya like politics in Indian Political Scenario of modern times. Though he was India's PM for a short span of time, there were lots of expectations... and eventual disappointments from him and his regimen. Being a grass root politician and one of Dr.Ram Manohar Lohiya's closest associates, it was expected that he will being in some changes at the grass roots, so that the development will be in pro-poor director.
