Adv. Amit Upreti, is currently the Deputy Government Attorney at the Office of the Attorney General, Nepal. Adv. Upreti represents the Government of Nepal, before the Supreme Court of Nepal. He has 3 years of experience as Government Attorney, and prior to that, 6 years in the Judicial Service as Officer of the Supreme Court. Adv. Upreti holds Masters in Justice and Criminology, from RMIT University, Australia and LL.M from Kathmandu School of Law in Business and International Trade Laws. He is particularly, keen to bring forward innovations in the justice system of Nepal and has started the Justice Innovation Lab, which is the first of kind in Nepal.
