【ある日のDIY】オークで小箱をDIY／Making a watch box with only white oak timber

どーも！　K's-DIYチャンネルのKです！ 今回はずっとチャンネルを応援してくれている友人への感謝の印に小箱をDIYしました。 素材は銘木「ホワイトオーク」のみ、蟻組ほぞ継ぎなどで蝶番以外は金物は使わず製作しています。前回試作したウォルナット小箱（→   • 【ある日のDIY】ウォルナットで小箱をDIY／Making a keepsake ...  ）の経験を活かしつつ、慎重に工程を進めました。 完成までだいたい5日くらい、仕上げはオレンジオイルをメインに、ツーコート目に蜜ロウでフィニッシュ。オーク材らしい虎斑も美しく、複雑な杢目が印象的な作品となりました。 Welcome to my channel!
