Due to my parents' frequent job transfers during my childhood, I have experience living in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Aomori, and Kagawa. I joined a major real estate company affiliated with a zaibatsu (conglomerate). I spent 10 years engaged in real estate brokerage, new condominium planning and sales, learning the fundamentals of the industry. After finding a job through a recruitment agency, he transitioned to a local developer, serving as head of the auction real estate acquisition and sales department, and later as head of the apartment business planning, construction, and sales department. He then became the representative of the Home Purchase Support Center (now closed), where he also provided consulting services to general consumers regarding real estate transactions. He sold a textbook and CD titled "Home Purchase, Super Bible (120% Honest Know-how Revealed by a Top Housing Salesperson)" and held well-received seminars for general consumers based on it. Subsequently, he served as president of regional branches and executive at the head office of a nationwide real estate purchase and resale (renovation sales) company, traveling extensively to major cities such as Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and Okinawa, where his branch offices were located. He conducted over 6,000 real estate appraisals in total. In July 2019, he became independent, establishing iREALcreation Co., Ltd., and assumed the position of Representative Director, a role he holds to this day. My hobbies outside of work include mountain climbing (aiming to climb all 100 of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains and Kilimanjaro), playing guitar, reading (around 150 books a year), houseplants (and talking to them, haha!), and watching movies.
