Subsequently, he served as president of regional branches and executive at the head office of a nationwide real estate purchase and resale (renovation sales) company, traveling extensively to major cities such as Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and Okinawa, where his branch offices were located. He conducted over 6,000 real estate appraisals in total. In July 2019, he became independent, establishing iREALcreation Co., Ltd., and assumed the position of Representative Director, a role he holds to this day. My hobbies outside of work include mountain climbing (aiming to climb all 100 of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains and Kilimanjaro), playing guitar, reading (around 150 books a year), houseplants (and talking to them, haha!), and watching movies. Real estate, despite its high cost, is a purchase made infrequently, making it easy to make poor decisions. Each installment is packed with hints on what's right and wrong.
