The WORST Opinions On Superman

Superman is one of the most iconic characters but often appears neglected or entirely disrespected outside of modern DC Comics. Many perceive the character as boring or one-dimensional due to recent adaptations like the Injustice games and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the latest title in the Batman Arkham series, both featuring evil versions of Superman. In Kill the Justice League, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and Green Lantern are mind-controlled by Brainiac. The DCEU, with Batman v Superman and Zack Snyder's Justice League, has portrayed a version of Clark Kent missing a key element that makes the character special. Henry Cavill's depiction in the Snyderverse sadly got cut short, with his last appearance in the Black Adam post-credits scene. The upcoming DCU reboot, beginning with Creature Commandos and James Gunn's SUPERMAN, introduces a recast Superman, Lois Lane, and Lex Luthor, along with the inclusion of Hawkgirl and Mr. Terrific.
