Over 3,000 indigenous trees planted in Kinale Forest
Kenya Forest Service together with Kiambu National Polytechnic and Kenya Medical Training Institute Gatundu, have planted over 3,000 trees of indigenous species at Kinale Forest. During the tree planting exercise where 10 acres of demarcated forest areas were adopted, the medical institute's principal Kelly Oluoch noted that the exercise will aid in combating the effects of climate change.
