Welcome Home: Ocean View New Build | The Final Reveal

Welcome to the final episode of Welcome Home: Ocean View New Build. After a year and a half of construction, collaboration, planning, and execution, we’re finally taking you through the completed home — from furniture installation to the fully finished reveal. This custom ocean view residence was designed to feel deeply personal to the homeowners, layering bold color, rich texture, natural materials, and thoughtful detailing throughout every space. Much of the design direction was inspired by an intricate Italian table the clients discovered while traveling — a piece that became the foundation for the home’s palette and personality. In this episode, we walk through the completed interiors alongside builder Tyson Van Delft of Tycon Building Solutions, revisiting many of the architectural and construction details we explored throughout the series — from integrated lighting and slatted ceilings to custom millwork, angled glazing systems, spa detailing, and highly technical design integrations that required close collaboration from the earliest stages of the build. More than anything, this project reflects what can happen when clients, designers, builders, and trades work together with trust, communication, and a shared vision.
