How to set your Bike Up for Hard Enduro | Enduro Tips & Technique
Many riders think that it is important to only train and ride as much they can, but it is not true. You need to make it easier for yourself to control the enduro bike so i made this video how to set your bike for extreme enduro. I think I have enough knowledge and experience to teach other riders about these things. If you feel that the dirtbike is unstable, try moving the handlebar back. A very good and neutral position is to adjust the handlebar with your front forks. This can be affected by the model of the handlebar, so keep that in mind. Many trainers will say that you need hold the handlebar very tight, but I don't suggest that because this is enduro and not motocross. You must feel comfortable in all positions. You have to use your palm to hold you on the handlebar and your fingers to hold on as long as you need. Watch the video to learn all tricks and tips from me. It depends on the dirtbike, because it is not the same on the dirtbike with PDS and on the bike with LINKAGE, and the linkage has a lot of influence on the feeling and operation of the rear shock. When there is muddy track, you need a smaller SAG ,also if you do a lot of uphill climbing. For extreme enduro, many riders use even 12cm SAG. Because they get extra grip on the rear tire, but you have to keep in mind that while you are gaining an advantage somewhere you are also losing somewhere, make compromises!
