Психологические манипуляции: как терминами заставляют вас сомневаться в себе

How does psychological manipulation make a person doubt themselves? And why does psychology sometimes become a convenient excuse, after which a person understands everything but does not change anything? In this video, I examine how psychological terms are used not only to understand oneself, but also to justify one's own behavior, pressure others, and win arguments. "You triggered me," "you're having a defensive reaction," "you're not ready to hear this yet," "I'm just protecting my personal boundaries"—phrases like these sound convincing and psychologically sound. But behind them can lie rudeness, avoiding responsibility, and an attempt to impose someone else's assessment of their personality. Using a real client story as an example, I'll show how an ordinary colleague gradually assumed the role of a psychological expert, began making unsolicited diagnoses, and even sent a girlfriend an OCD test. We'll explore whether online psychological tests can be trusted, who has the authority to conduct psychodiagnostics, and how to react when you're being assessed without your request. We'll also discuss the phenomenon of therapy-speak—"therapeutic newspeak": the use of psychological terms for manipulation, self-justification, and the appearance of expertise. At the end of the video, you'll receive specific questions that will help you recognize psychological manipulation, test the other person's competence, and reclaim your right to make your own decisions.
