My Journey To Shaolin TaGou Kung Fu School
Since I was little, I’ve always felt pushed forward by society, without really knowing what I wanted. In a way, it’s like what people in the West call being lost. After watching @RealRantoni 's video, things started to become a bit clearer for me—though not entirely. But life is more like a vast wilderness, and maybe it doesn’t need to be perfectly clear. Perhaps it’s enough to simply follow how I feel. I know these thoughts might seem childish or naive in the Chinese evaluation system, to the point that I even feel embarrassed for my family or friends to know about them. This is also the reason I shared this story on YouTube first. Even though I’ve already graduated from university, I must admit there’s still a child living inside me. I don’t know how young people in the West feel, but on Chinese social media, I’ve found many who carry the same childlike mindset as I do. Maybe pursuing the things I truly love is just part of the slow process of growing up. Ranton once said that My Life At The Shaolin Temple had a huge impact on him, and I want to tell him—it’s not just him. Many people who watch his videos are influenced, and I’m one of them. This is my very first video, and I have to admit that I borrowed a lot from Ranton’s style. I hope he doesn’t mind. Sadly, I only stayed at Tagou Martial Arts School for three days. In that sense, I feel like a failure who doesn’t deserve to tell this story. Looking back, I really wish I had stayed longer. As for why I left after just three days—it’s not something I can explain in just a few words, so I’ll save it for the next video. I hope you enjoy this video. Your support and your watching are what motivate me to keep creating and sharing my stories. 🎥 This video was inspired by: Ranton – My Life At The Shaolin Temple ▶️ Watch Ranton’s video here: https: • My Life At The Shaolin Temple 📹 Video clips used in this video at 3:07 are from: 少林塔沟武校 bilibili 【航拍视角看塔沟万人演武,确认过眼神,都是我打不过的人】 https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV11z4... 🎵MUSIC: ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Happy Life by FREDJI / fredjimusic / fredjimusic Music promoted by Audio Library • Happy Life – FREDJI (No Copyright Music) ––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Flying High by FREDJI / fredjimusic / fredjimusic Music promoted by Audio Library • Flying High – FREDJI (No Copyright Music) –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Song: Ehrling - You And Me (Vlog No Copyright Music) Music provided by Vlog No Copyright Music.
