Instead of going down the normal safer Heartbreaker route, this setup takes a bit more risk for much bigger damage. Heartbreaker still gives you the bonus armour and stacked damage through pulsed enemies, but Perfect Glass Cannon adds another 30% amplified damage on top. NinjaBike is what makes the setup possible, because it lets the build count as a 4-piece Heartbreaker while also pulling in extra value from the Salvo holster. That means you are getting the Heartbreaker stacks, extra assault rifle damage, and extra rate of fire all at once.
