Net income is at 14.14 Billion Pesos From January to June 2020 - Pag Ibig has released around 20.80 Billion in loans to finance 20,631 homes for borrowers. 91% of those loans were for socialised housing priced at 18.94 Billion Pesos which helped 20,084 members. This is good news and i think this should remove some of the fears of people that it is all bad. _________ Bad news It’s lower as compared to what they got in 2019. However 2019 was a banner year for them where they got a gross income full year 56.9 Billion Pesos and a net income of 34.37 Billion Pesos.
