Ingredients Meat Mixture: ~2.15 lbs Ground beef 1 can (7 oz) Diced green chilies 2 jars (24 oz each) Ragu Simply Roasted Garlic or Tomato Basil pasta sauce ~2 tbsp Buffalo sauce Pasta: 1 box Spaghetti (cooked a few minutes shy of "done") Cheese Layers: 1 block (8 oz) Cream cheese, softened 2 bags (approx. 2 cups each) Four-Cheese Mexican blend shredded cheese (one for the mixture, one for the topping) A splash of buffalo sauce (to help mix the cream cheese) Instructions: Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Cook the Meat: Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain the grease. Simmer the Sauce: To the beef, add the green chilies, both jars of pasta sauce, and about 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce. Let this simmer on low. Prepare the Pasta: Boil the spaghetti until it's just almost tender (it will finish cooking in the oven). Drain and toss with a small amount of the meat sauce to keep it from sticking. Mix the Cheese: In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, one full bag of shredded Mexican blend cheese, and a splash of buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth. Layer the Casserole: Layer 1: Half of the spaghetti. Layer 2: Half of the cream cheese/shredded cheese mixture. Layer 3: Half of the meat sauce. Repeat the layers. Topping: Sprinkle the second bag of shredded cheese over the top. Bake: Place in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy your "Cowboy Style" supper! 🤠🍝 #dinner #spaghetti #pasta #family
