Chef Kimone Cunningham is serving up some BBQ/Jerk Chicen and festival in this week's PAN Di Fyah segment and she utilized the Cals Tomato Ketchup, Nupak Foil, Wesson Canola Oil, Nupak Hot Pepper Sauce, and the Hunt's BBQ Sauce among other ingredients, to make her dish a mouth watering treat. Butterfly fluttered its way to the #1 spot on local charts in 1993. The hit song by Tony Curtis and Jigsy King, was produced by Courtney Cole's Roof International label and it became the duo's breakthrough hit opening doors for them outside of Jamaica.
