Fabien Toulmé, sa BD poignante sur la naissance de sa fille trisomique

This week, I'm joined by Fabien Toulmé, author of the graphic novel "Ce n'est pas toi que j'attendais" (It Wasn't You I Was Expecting). In it, he recounts motherhood, the birth, and the early years with Julia, their little girl who has Down syndrome, which went undetected during the pregnancy. In this interview, Fabien shares his own journey with remarkable perspective, from his initial fear of Down syndrome before having children, to accepting this child, whom he wasn't expecting, or at least, not with this disability. We'll revisit this whole story together, the story behind this very moving graphic novel, but also the before and after of the comic, and how he's doing now with his two teenage daughters.
