Firestorm 2 | LPFS | Redwood Hotshots

The 'Redwood Interagency Hotshot' crew is a highly trained wildland firefighting unit specializing in extended-attack operations for incidents that exceed Type 2 'Initial Attack' capabilities. Due to our elite training and experience, Redwood Hotshots are tasked with containing the most complicated parts of the fire around the most challenging areas to traverse. We are able to complete these taskings due to an advanced understanding of fire behavior and communication during such incidents. We utilize various tools, such as, a McLeod and chainsaw to effectively and efficiently place line and prevent the spread of a fire. The 'Redwood Hotshots' undergo rigorous training to ensure our firefighters are always achieving the highest standard.
