He insulted my honor in front of the students. He is violating several articles of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. First of all, there is no civility. No hello, no excuses. No permission. We have not been assigned any tariffs, the schedule has not yet been approved. The teachers who are complaining are complaining that we have to pay for the necessary materials, such as simple white paper and chalk, which should be given free of charge. The Zhanaozen akimat knows that these 73 teachers are on the move. But they are turning a blind eye. We carry the chalk ourselves, and we have the white paper with us. When they asked us to give them at least one pack of paper, they said to get permission from the director and have him sign it. The director, who was at work until noon today, suddenly took a leave of absence due to incapacity for work. It was impossible to communicate with the head, who was in a dispute. The city education department reported that the collective's complaint was considered and disciplinary action was taken. But the director is also a teacher. The director is also a citizen of our country, his rights must be protected. As we said, disciplinary action was taken within the framework of the Labor Code.
