This is basically a cold watch for me. I haven’t done a full docket dive, but defense attorney Letitia Quinones-Hollins caught my eye (she's worked some high-profile cases), and a lot of other chats are saying guilty before openings got started so, let's see. Quick case background: Former Tennessee Titans scout and Arkansas State football player Blaise Taylor is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of felony murder. Prosecutors say he poisoned his pregnant girlfriend, 25-year-old Jade Benning, without her knowledge in February 2023. Taylor called 911 on Feb. 25 saying she was having an allergic reaction. Their unborn daughter died on Feb. 27, and Jade passed away on March 6 (her 25th birthday). Toxicology showed a fatal level of cocaine. Taylor was arraigned on 4/3/2024.
