How Mentality Works in FM

I have made plenty of videos about tactics in Football Manager, but I have never touched on mentality. That little thing in the top left of your tactics screen? It makes you choose between defensive and attacking? Yea, that. I had never dug into that part of FM before. I turned a corner here and actually did some Football Manager research, hardcore reading, and such. So, enjoy it! It changed my mentality on, well, mentalities for sure. I honestly think there will always be something new for me to learn about Football Manager. I love videos like this because they force me to get out of my comfort zone and learn along with you.
