It was precisely during her relationship with him that she became nervous, depressed, isolated, and in need of money. And this is critical to the essence of the trial. After all, the accused makes it clear to the court that Saltanat, being psychologically unstable, consistently drove him to murder. The victim's side, however, argues that Bishimbayev, a sadist, consistently tortured Saltanat psychologically and physically over the course of a year and ultimately intentionally killed her.
