A simple housewife routine on a productive Sunday! 🤎 Chicken Stroganoff Recipe: Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes. In a drizzle of olive oil, place the chicken breast (try not to stir). When it's whitish on the sides and practically without water, stir. Season with: garlic, salt, paprika, lemon pepper. When it starts to brown, set aside. In the same pan, add: A drizzle of olive oil and 1/2 finely chopped onion. When golden brown, add: 2 heaping tablespoons of ready-made tomato sauce 1 heaping tablespoon of barbecue sauce 1 heaping tablespoon of mustard and add a little water to mix. Add 1 cup of milk Adjust the seasoning if needed. 1 can of heavy cream When it starts to bubble, return the chicken. Finish with chopped parsley.
