Let’s Bake Sandwich Bread! So Easy! You Will Thank Me! @ourforeverfarm

Todays Recipe: Making Homemade Sandwich Bread 2 cups warm water 1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast 1/3 cup sugar 5 1/2 cups bread flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup oil Preheat oven to 350. Mix water, sugar, & yeast together. Let sit aside at least 5 minutes until active. (Foamy & bubbly) In stand mixer mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture & oil to dry ingredients. Knead in mixer for 5-7 minutes until it passes wondow pane test. (Watch video) Remove dough from bowl and remove air by punching down. Knead by hand for a minute. Shape in to ball & place in Oiled bowl and let rise until double in size. 10-30 minutes. Knead by hand a few times Split in to 2 loaves. Shape in to size of loaf pan. Roll up and pinch seams. Place in greased loaf pan & let rise above top of loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. I smother with salted butter while in pan after baked. Remove from loaf pans. Allow bread to cool before cutting if you can wait that long! Smile !! Enjoy! An unmet friend shared this recipe but I honestly can’t remember who or i would give them credit because it’s just delicious! You will thank me!
