The MAM Journals- 1000 Miles-Kawasaki Z900RS SE.

Having initially reviewed my Z900 RS SE earlier this year , and having covered over 1000 miles , I now have a clearer view of what it is like to live with . The factory base suspension settings weren't to my taste so I asked a local Ohlin's expert to put me a new base set up on the bike. I talk through what he did. What do I think about the Brembo brakes ? Is the throttle snatchy and what is an ECU flash ? On a broader level and after 6 years of RS ownership , how do I feel about the bike, how do I use it? What do I think are its strengths and weaknesses? This video , originally launched on the 15th of September , has been amended to correct an error. The front forks have 3 components, with different part numbers, to the standard bike . The Cap Fork , the spring front fork, and the cylinder set fork .I mistakenly thought these 3 parts were Ohlin .
