Pekoe Trail Stage 22 🌱🥀 - Kandapola to Nuwara Eliya 🚶 | Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

Stage 22 ( Kandapola to Pedro Estate , Nuwara Eliya ) is the final stage of Pekoe Trails. This 10.8 km trail is one of the most scenic stages of all. And this is the most popular stage of all as you can see many foreign travellers doing this trail specially the reverse way ( Pedro to Kandapola ). Also this is one of the easiest trails too. So recommend for a beginner . In the last section of this trail you can take the option to visit Lovers Leap waterfall as a de-tour . 🌱 Always download your offline map . Compare it with signs and make the most suitable decision  🌱 Carry enough water. 2.5 L minimum  🌱 Path is well cleared and signs are there at important junctions 🌱 Check for the weather before you hit the trail 🌱 Leeches may be plenty if there is rain. Be prepared . Use a leach repellent  🌱 There are few shops on the trail where you can buy snacks & grocery items 🌱 we stayed previous night at Kandapola Timber Corporation circuit bungalow as we did stage 21 .
