THANK YOU Subscribe 👇    / lennyshomemadeslyv   Instagram: @lenny.maryanti WIJSMAN BUTTER LEGIT LAYER RECIPE Recipe: Lenny's Homemade YouTube Channel Ingredients: Ingredients A: 400g WIJSMAN BUTTER 30g sweetened condensed milk Ingredients B: 35 egg yolks (580g) 280g powdered sugar 27g powdered milk Methods: Preheat oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) Prepare an 18x18/20x20 square pan, grease with margarine and line with baking paper Beat the margarine and sweetened condensed milk until fluffy, white, and soft. Set aside. Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar until fluffy and thick, then add the flour and stir briefly until evenly combined. Mix the margarine into the egg yolk mixture and stir until thoroughly combined. Weigh out 70g of dough for each layer. Pour the dough into the pan and spread evenly. Bake until cooked through and the surface is golden brown. For the next layer, bake over high heat only at 150 degrees (my oven). Adjust according to your oven. Repeat this process until the dough is used up. Once cooked, let the layer cake cool and remove from the pan. Cut into pieces and serve. GOOD LUCK
