Whit Friday 2022. Saddleworth Brass Band contest.

Whit Friday is one of the biggest events in the local calendar, Brass bands from all over the country and even Europe head to Saddleworth to compete in one of the biggest brass competitions in the world. Thousands of people fill the streets and enjoy the warm family atmosphere and free music. The day starts with the Whit walks in the morning and finishes with the Brass band contest in the evening.
