Is The GoPro Hero 4 Black Worth Buying in 2019?! Best BUDGET 4k Deal?

The GoPro Hero 4 Black was released way back in the yesteryear of 2015! Since then many world changing events have occurred but 4k 30 is still my favorite resolution for filming regular videos. Does this camera still hold up and is it still worth buying in 2018? When the Hero 4 was released it was bleeding edge of tech, however many other companies have come into the action camera space since then and even GoPro has released some fantastic cameras recently. But I think there is still a space for this action camera, the image quality is amazing and beyond that the audio recording capabilities are nothing short of phenomenal but lets find out for ourselves!
