On the other, it introduces the Maschio Gaspardo factory in Pordenone, where cutting-edge agricultural machinery is produced: 10-meter harrows, GPS-guided precision seeders, and even an autonomous UV-light robot capable of reducing the use of pesticides by over 50%. Rounding out the episode is Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP, produced using methods that have remained unchanged for over a thousand years and aged for at least 12 to over 25 years.
