Mixed-methods Research in UX
For our May meetup, Jessica Campbell, PhD, Experienced usability / UX researcher and scholar specializing in usability / UX of health information technology, will discuss how mixed‑methods research integrates qualitative and quantitative approaches to provide a more holistic and richer understanding of the problem being explored or the product being developed, as well as deliver actionable insights. In this session, Jess will outline the range of research methods that align with design thinking and user‑centered design frameworks. We hope you can join us, where you will gain an overview of commonly used methods and learn their strengths and limitations.
