City Club All Access Part 1-   • All Access: City Club with Natalia Yurchen...   The Insider filmed with CITY Club and owner Natalia Yurchenko for the first time over the summer. This workout was filmed in July one week before CITY elite Isla Lazzari competed at the US Classic. In this part 2 of 2 full workouts, we switch facilities and City's elites/Level 10's complete their workout on beam and bars. CITY has two athletes who are elites Isla Lazzari and Natalia Pudulko who competes for Poland and competed in the European Championships earlier this year. Natalia has them do some circuit beam training as well as some team competitions while on bars some new skill development was beginning while Isla was prepping her routines for the US Classic. You will not hear direct coaching audio feedback as Viktar asked to not be mic'd.
