During the final century of the Third Age of the Sun, especially in every corner of Middle-earth except the East, Men, Elves, Dwarves, and Hobbits witnessed the tireless efforts of one man. This man, who was always there when needed, was quick on his feet despite his aged appearance, appearing wherever he was needed. This man, whose true nature was unknown to all but a few, was Gandalf, also known as the Wizard.
