Practical Training Session with Welding and Fabrication Trainees
At MPTI, we take our trainees through practical projects weekly to build their confidence and help them grow their skills. We believe that one of the best ways of gaining knowledge is to learn by doing. MPTI is the managing institute of the internationally renowned AngloGold Ashanti Engineering Training Center. The AGA Engineering Training Center has had been the hub of premium engineering training for multinational industrial companies and individuals across Africa for close to 3 decades before the shutdown of the mine in 2014.
