NPS plans to recruit 5,000 police officers this financial year 2023/2024
The National Police Service intends to recruit 5,000 officers this financial year. The Inspector general of police Japheth Koome, says plans are at an advanced stage to fill the vacant positions in the service. He was speaking while appearing before the Parliamentary Committee on Administration and internal affairs in Athi River Machakos County.
