Living Laser's fate in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes never sat right with me. After being defeated by Iron Man during Loki and the Enchantress' scheme at the end of Season 1, he is blasted into deep space. We see him again afterwards, but in a strange state which doesn't make a whole deal of sense. But perhaps this fate makes more sense if we consider his reappearance as a sort of metaphor to the audience for the horrific end which, by all rights, SHOULD have befallen him.
