Challenge Rift 700 - Diablo Immortal Tempest is the KING of PVE - 1st place build and second clear

This is my build that I use in Challenge rifts. It is not the normal knock-up you are probably used to using or seeing used by me and other top tempests. Tempest if by far my favorite class in Diablo Immortal and I continue to improve my builds. Recently was able to put out 3B/min in dmg on the normal dummy.
