Cinematic Language: The Language Of Choices | Trinh Dinh Le Minh | TEDxBUV
By exploring the language of cinema, the directors found a way to “communicate” and share their stories. And also through the cinematic language, they discover new perspectives on life. Cinema is considered a mirror reflecting social and cultural life, and maybe, it is not exaggerated to say that the "fulcrum" of a cinematic work is life. Cinema openly accepts the problems hidden in society. It is put on film by the talents of skilful directors, thereby helping the public to have a more general and comprehensive view of human society. Through the film, the hidden corners that always remain in society, even forgotten amidst the chaotic rhythm of life are put on each film, reminding us that somewhere in the heart of the city where we live, there are events like that that happen every day. Is that the noble mission of movies? - Director of the Communication Management Program - Film Industry and Lecturer of Design and Art Program at Hoa Sen University. Director of short films, documentaries, and movies such as: Where the Wind Goes, My Apartment, The Scent of Fish Sauce (screened at the Bucheon Film Festival, BFI London and Palm Springs), Invisible evidence, Thua me con di,... Author of the books “When the Young Director is Skilled” and “Ten Visual Secrets”. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
