Quick homemade breadrolls - simple and tasty! (Using the magic Flylady timer!)

A speedy recipe to get homemade bread rolls on the table in no time at all! When I need motivation, I set my Flylady timer and go! === Here's my recipe === 3 cups plain or wholemeal flour,or a mix 1 package instant dried yeast 1 teaspoon onion powder and or garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried dill, oregano, basil etc 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/3 cups very warm water 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon honey or sugar Optional: sesame, sunflower, chia seeds, flax etc. Mix 2 cups flour, yeast, onion, dill and salt in large bowl. Stir in the water, oil and honey. Mix until smooth, stirring in the remaining flour. Cover and leave to rise for about 10-15 minutes. Heat oven to 200 celcius (400 degrees fahrenheit). Give the dough a quick knead, shape into small rolls and put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until well risen and brown, about 15 minutes. Leave to cool slightly then enjoy!
