They are powered by light so no need to worry about replacing the battery in these watches. So long as you don’t leave them in a dark drawer that is. Even then they will recover with exposure to light, natural or artificial, it matters not a jot! This one has huge sentimental value for me and is the one I have had in my collection for the longest. It was a gift from my parents for my 30th birthday. And these watches do make ideal for gifts. If you’re into aviation and the Red Arrows, this watch gives you a bit of aviation history at the same time providing you with an accurate quartz Chronograph which will last for years to come!
