A restaurant with over 40 years of history, famous for preparing just one dish: the traditional Lima-style sancochado. Beef, vegetables, hot broth, chili peppers, and a recipe that remains unchanged. But here's the big question: is this sancochado really worth paying around S/89? We researched past prices and found that in 2015 it cost around S/38, by 2019 it was already listed at S/69, and today it's close to S/89. Did the price increase because the experience is worth it, or because it's become legendary?
