Realme C61 Display Replacement | Complete Disassembly & Screen Repair Guide

In this video, I show the complete Realme C61 (RMX3930/RMX3933) disassembly and display replacement process from start to finish. The phone arrived with a damaged display and required a full teardown to safely remove the broken screen and install a new display assembly. Repair Process: ✔ Power off the phone and remove the SIM tray. ✔ Heat the back cover to soften the adhesive. ✔ Carefully remove the rear cover without damaging internal components. ✔ Remove all Phillips screws securing the mid-frame. ✔ Disconnect the battery before working on any electronic components. ✔ Disconnect the display flex cable. ✔ Remove the damaged display assembly. ✔ Clean the frame from old adhesive and glass residue. ✔ Install and align the new display. ✔ Test the LCD, touchscreen and brightness before final assembly. ✔ Reassemble the phone and perform a complete functional test. Proper frame cleaning and testing before sealing the device are essential steps for a long-lasting repair. The Realme C61 uses a glued construction, so controlled heating and careful disassembly help reduce the risk of damaging the frame or internal flex cables.
