From Students to Storytellers: Southeast Asian Journalists in Taiwan | Correspondents

More than a million people from Southeast Asia live, work and study in Taiwan. Some arrive as students and go on to become journalists, helping tell Taiwan's story to audiences at home and abroad. In this episode of Correspondents, host Andrew Ryan speaks with Indonesian journalist Jennifer Aurelia of Taiwan's Central News Agency and Filipino freelance reporter Gino Lopez. Both first came to Taiwan as students before building careers in journalism.
