As its mental health awareness week and being someone who's mental health has taken a severe battering in the last few months, This video was made on one of the many lonely evenings i've had to cope with in recent times. I make these video to take my thoughts away from the daily thoughts that haunt me. They are getting harder and harder for me to make as I struggle to leave the house anymore because of my struggles with my mental health.
