Today I'm talking about something many have seen but almost no one dares to say out loud: ego, toxicity, and the constant need to appear superior within the cybersecurity community. This video isn't meant to stir up drama or lecture. It's a serious reflection on a real problem, especially for those who start out with enthusiasm and find themselves in environments where, instead of support, they find contempt. Not everyone shares to teach. Some only do it to feed their ego. And as long as we continue to normalize this, this environment will continue to alienate those most eager to learn.
