Hotman made this statement following allegations of preferential treatment for Razman Nasution at the Cipinang Class I Penitentiary. On his Instagram account on Sunday (June 28, 2026), Hotman revealed the alleged practice of paying for rooms in prison. "It's no secret that rooms are given to people who pay," Hotman said. According to him, this should not be allowed to happen because it is detrimental to the state and law enforcement. "Yes, so that he can be put in order immediately," he continued. Previously, Hotman received information that Razman was placed in a special cell with a mattress and a fan. He considered this treatment to be against the rules for new inmates.
