FPS Results: Minimum : 18 Maximum : 26 Average : 22.602 0.1% Low : 18 1% Low : 19 5% Low : 20 Screen Tearing : No Despite being the NTSC version the game appears to have a 25FPS cap for some reason, with it capping out at that on multiple occasions. Good example of this at 4:48. This was the NTSC-U version of the game and it runs in 320x240p resolution.
