Cooked beets are rich in fiber, support digestion, and add natural antioxidants. They blend perfectly with chickpeas and tahini, creating a dish that’s both nourishing and visually stunning. ✨ If you have extra time — bake your beets! Wrap whole, unpeeled beets in foil. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50–60 minutes, until tender. Let them cool, peel, and blend. Roasted beets give a deeper flavor and a brighter pink color. Ingredients: 400 g canned chickpeas (≈250 g drained) 100–200 g beetroot (drained or baked) 60 g tahini (≈4 tbsp) 60 g water (≈4 tbsp) Juice of 1 lemon 1 garlic clove ½–1 tsp salt ✨ Pair this recipe with our Flat Bread recipe here →    • How to Make Ancient Israeli Flatbread | Ea...   Or Tahini recipe here →    • Israeli Tahini Recipe Beats Anything You C...   👉 Want to add the real taste of Israel to your recipe?
