His previous roles have been as a Design Architect for the campus Main Gate in Basel and for the Abadia Retuerta-Hotel conversion in Spain. Of Italian descent, Marco was born in Zürich and attended the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich where he graduated as Dipl. Arch. ETHZ with Professor Hans Kollhoff.
